We were delighted to welcome Kenresa and Marsha from the Wiltshire Air Ambulance to the woods this week, who kindly read us a story and told us all about the work that they do in their helicopter. The conversation prompted lots of interesting questions from the children and we were so proud of how much interest and fascination they expressed with our visitors!
Marsha and the children delighted in playing hide and seek and exploring the woodland together and we were over the moon to receive this feedback from Kenresa:
"I was just so impressed with you all yesterday with how welcoming you were that I wanted to say a personal thank you to you and your team and adorable children.
Myself and Marsha (Harry) really enjoyed our visit to you and letting us just sit and play with the children was lovely. It was a really great start to Air Ambulance Week and Harry (Marsha) loved his cakes, they’d gone by the time we’d left Rushall, not an offer of sharing in sight! But he deserved them!
Your set up is lovely, I haven’t stopped talking about it! the atmosphere is so relaxed and you were nothing but welcoming."
